Taylor Gaines, BCBA, MS
Taylor has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2005. She started as a Behavior Technician and is now a Clinical Director. Taylor holds a Master of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and a BCBA from Fresno State. She has experience working with children and adults 18 months to 28 years old. Taylor also has extensive experience working with children on the autism spectrum at all levels from direct 1:1 work, training, BCBA supervision and now clinical director work. Taylor has run center-based services including social skills programs and in home ABA services. She is very dedicated to her client’s progress and growth of her staff.
Robynne Bump, BCBA, MS
Robynne has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2007 and has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2016. She has experience working in clinic-based, school-based, and in-home providing ABA services. Robynne specializes in the development of functional communication skills and reduction of maladaptive behavior for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In 2016, Robynne completed the Master in Psychology program at California State University, Stanislaus with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is passionate about providing evidence-based interventions and supports to children, families, and communities needing ABA services.
Associate Clinical Directors
Erin Chrysafis, BCBA, MA
Erin has been working in the field of ABA since 2015. She completed her Master's program in ABA at California State University, Fresno in December 2019 and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since February 2020. She has experience working with all age groups and various developmental delays including Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has worked in residential living facilities as well as in-home services. Erin specializes in the reduction of maladaptive behaviors and developing social skills. She is dedicated to using interventions grounded in science and individualizing them to best support her clients and their families.
Vanessa Lopez, BCBA, MA
Vanessa has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2015. She has experience working in clinic-based and in-home providing ABA services with children and adults. Vanessa completed the Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis at California State University, Fresno and passed her BCBA exam in 2020. Vanessa's passion for ABA services have grown as she has seen first hand the decrease in maladaptive behaviors and increase of appropriate replacement behaviors with clients and families. She is passionate about providing evidence-based interventions and supports to children, families, and communities needing ABA services.
Senior Clinical Supervisors
Bryan Bump, BCaBA
Bryan started his behavior analysis career in 2012 as a student working in a research lab at CSU Stanislaus studying the experimental analysis of behavior. This lead to working in applied behavior analysis with children and adults with autism. Across his ABA career, Bryan has experience providing services to children and adults ages 2-22 in homes, center, group homes, and preschool settings. Bryan specializes in reducing maladaptive behaviors such as self injury and utilizing behavior skills training to help parents better understand their child. Bryan is a board-certified assistant behavior analyst (BCaBA), a proud husband, and father who enjoys the outdoors. The best part of being at Forward is advancing the development of others by supporting the children and their families.
Julia Lopez, BCaBA
Julia began her ABA career in 2012 when she completed her Bachelor's degree in psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. She began working as a behavior technician with children aged 2-10 across the Central Valley, CA. She went on to attain her Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2015, and was soon promoted to a Behavior Specialist there after. Julia continues to work with children and young adults as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), focusing on both comprehensive and focused based services across both in-home and clinic-based settings. She also enjoys working directly with parents and caregivers by teaching them the empirically-based behavioral intervention strategies and management skills needed to be successful. On her free time, she can be found gardening her succulents and spending time with family.
Claire obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University Fresno and is currently working on her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Pepperdine University. Claire plans on completing her hours and sitting for the BACB exam upon completion of her master's. Claire has 7 years of experience in the field of education and ABA.
Jennifer began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis as a behavior technician in 2011. She loved the hands-on work as a behavior technician but knew she wanted to do more and began training as an advanced behavior technician. She became a clinical supervisor upon completing her MA in 2015. Jennifer has experience in teaching, school counseling, supervising in the in-home setting, facilitating social skills groups and parent training. She enjoys teaching her staff and encouraging them to continue their education. Jenifer is excited to add clinic services to her repertoire as she grows with Forward.
Marian Delgado has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2013, starting in the field as a behavioral therapist. She has dedicated years learning specific interventions and techniques that specialize in behavior reduction and functional living skills. She has experience working in clinic-based, school-based, community and home settings. In 2014, Marian completed her bachelors degree in psychology with an emphasis of Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2018, Marian graduated with her masters degree of Instruction and curriculum of Special education (ABA) from Arizona State University. She is passionate about providing evidence-based services that may support independence and development for the individuals she works with.
